About the presenter:
Taddeus McNeal is a speaker, trainer, and coach who helps leaders, veterans, and entrepreneurs uncover their most powerful asset—their story. As the founder of Mission to Message Academy, Taddeus has built a proven framework that guides individuals from silenced to significant, transforming personal experiences into tools for influence, income, and impact.
Taddeus brings 24 years of military service to every stage, having served as an embarkation specialist in the United States Marine Corps and as a logistics and ordnance officer in the U.S. Army, at the rank of Major. His career spanned multiple deployments and combat operations—experiences that forged a leader who understands pressure, purpose, and the power of the right message at the right moment.
Since transitioning to entrepreneurship, Taddeus has become a recognized voice in storytelling and leadership development, earning features in CEO Weekly and NY Weekly. He is the creator of the Signature Story Framework and holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Troy University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Communication from Liberty University. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, he speaks frequently on themes of identity, leadership, courage, and the untapped power of personal narrative.
