Topic: “Two Weeks to Obsolete: What Ukrainian Drone Operators Teach Every Profession About Adaptation”
Description: The Russia-Ukraine conflict has revealed a stark new reality: in fast-moving environments, a useful tactic, tool, or advantage may last only weeks before it is copied, countered, or made obsolete. In this engaging lunch-and-learn session, Tom Channell will use the rapid adaptation cycles of Ukrainian drone operators as a backdrop for a broader discussion on agility, innovation, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving across every profession. Attendees will leave with practical lessons for individuals, teams, and organizations facing accelerating change in the age of AI, automation, technology disruption, and increasingly complex work.
