AI is moving fast. But leadership isn’t just about keeping up with technology — it’s about strengthening what makes us human. 

As AI becomes embedded in how we work, write, analyze, hire, and decide, leaders face a new challenge: how to ensure that judgment, accountability, creativity, and trust don’t quietly erode in the process.

In this curated conversation, Vitale Buford Hardin explores the human side of AI integration — how leaders can design cultures and systems where people think critically, take ownership, and thrive alongside AI rather than defer to it.

We’ll explore:

  • Where over-reliance on AI can weaken leadership
  • Why trust and discernment matter more — not less — right now
