About our speaker:

Jason Thrasher, PHR, SHRM-CP
Director of Human Resources I SimTech, Inc
Jason Thrasher is a native of Red Bay, Alabama, and a graduate of the University of North Alabama (Class of 1997). After living in several cities, he relocated to Huntsville in 2000, where he has built a distinguished career as a human resources professional. With more than 24 years of experience spanning government contracting, healthcare, and retail, Jason currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at SimTech, Inc.
He is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Management Academy, MA-15 (Best Class Ever), and has been a featured speaker at DisruptHR, HR Summer School, Athens State University, and Onsi University’s Compliance Insight Conference.
He is also the creator of BestLife50, a professional platform dedicated to helping individuals live their best lives through mentoring, coaching, and sharing insights on leadership and personal growth. Passionate about developing both emerging and established professionals, Jason serves as a mentor with the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management’s (NASHRM) Mentor University. In addition, he gives back to his community through his service on the Board of Directors for Leadership Greater Huntsville and as a member of the ALSHRM State Conference Committee.
