Throughout his career\, he has been a dedicated advocate for Alabama agriculture\, serving eight years on the Alabama State Farmers Market Board\, 13 years as President of the Madison County Farmers Federation\, and in multiple leadership roles with the Alfa/Alabama Farmers Federation. Most recently\, he served as Vice President\, representing 16 counties across North Alabama.\nCommitted to public service\, Vaughn has held numerous leadership positions that have strengthened communities across the state. He served on the Governor's Tornado Recovery Action Council\, helping guide recovery efforts following the devastating 2011 tornadoes. He also served nine years on the Madison County Judicial Commission and was an original member of the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission\, where he served as Chairman for more than three years.
