Alumni Lunch is coming up this month!

A little trivia for everyone- do you know what  Bon Jovi’s Livin’ on A Prayer,  Whitney Houston’s “How Will I Know”, Lionel Richie’s “Say You, Say Me”, Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone”, and Leadership Greater Huntsville all have in common?  They are all turning 40 this year.  As this program year ends and we begin preparing for a new year while celebrating 40 years of impact, none of this would be possible without incredible volunteers who pour into program days, committees, event planning, outreach efforts, and so much more.  Celebrating 40 years is truly celebrating you!  The continued growth and impact of Leadership Greater Huntsville is a direct reflection of you, the volunteers, who live out the mission of “inspiring and igniting empowered leaders through education, collaboration, and stewardship.”  Thank you!

As we look ahead to summer events, we are excited to launch Pulse, a tuition free program for first responders and educators, that will take place June 9-11.  We are also preparing for the LeadOn Summit on July 23rd at the Embassy Suites Huntsville.  There is still time to purchase tickets and join us for a day focused on education, collaboration, and stewardship. We hope to see you there!

Wishing everyone a wonderful summer!

Lead On,

Christie

Join us for a Professional Development Workshop focused on the Four Forces for Influence. The Four Forces of Influence explores how leaders shape behavior and performance through four key elements: Information, Instruction, Inspiration, and Innovation. Participants will examine how each force affects decision-making, motivation, and organizational direction. Through practical examples and discussion, leaders will gain tools to apply the right type of influence in different situations.

Recent class graduates (L-39, C-28, MA-16), join us for a quick lunch to learn more about all the benefits of the Alumni Association. Your membership dues are already covered for 2026–2027—now it’s time to make the most of it! Come connect, get involved, and see how you can stay engaged.

This unique opportunity will provide attendees with insight into the command's mission, its impact on national security, and the role Huntsville continues to play in supporting the future of space operations.

Participants will hear directly from Space Command leadership, gain a better understanding of current priorities and challenges, and engage in a meaningful discussion about the evolving space landscape and its significance to our community and country.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear from one of the organizations helping shape the future of space and national defense. This event is only open to dues-paying alumni members and upcoming class members.
