Thie City of Huntsville and HHA secured a prestigious $50 million HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant. This ambitious initiative aims to revitalize the Mill Creek community with 705 mixed-income housing units, workforce housing for healthcare employees, improved infrastructure and enhanced public spaces, including parks and pedestrian pathways.
