With over a decade of healthcare leadership experience, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to enhancing patient care. Prior to joining Crestwood, he served as CEO of Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida, where he led initiatives to improve quality, expand primary care access, and enhance operational efficiency.

Justin Serrano serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Crestwood Medical Center.  He brings strong operational expertise to this position and a proven track record in healthcare leadership.

Prior to joining the Crestwood team, Justin help leadership positions in various healthcare organizations. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida. He also  served as the Chief Operating Officer at Santa Rosa and in leadership roles as an Executive Resident and Vice President of Operations at a large hospital in Miami.

Over the course of his career, Justin has overseen millions of dollars in capital projects, including significant renovations, expansions and new construction. 

Justin holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree (MHA) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Justin moved to Huntsville with his wife, Nicole, and their one year old son, Benjamin.
